Founder and Managing Shareholder Clay Thomas is a Houston area (CPA) certified public accountant who has advised big businesses and managed finances for Fortune 500 and 100 companies for the last 25 years.
Mr. Thomas advises clients about federal and state taxes, estate planning, financial statement audits, bankruptcies and mortgage fraud. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
